The International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA) is an independent, nonpartisan, think tank, nonprofit organization and intelligence publication based in the Netherlands that publishes analyses and insightful opinions on Naga and global issues such as the economy, defense and security, environment, politics, trade, and public policy. On the ICNA Web-Only Features publishing platform, an ICNA team of experts will provide a unique Perspective | Analysis | Forecasting that has a substantive impact on political, defense & security (including military), trade and economic affairs, and will help better understand policy options confronting Naga and Global Affairs.

The ICNA will provide a briefing on the overall broad situational status of the Naga Affairs, but it will not take institutional/organizational positions on policy issues. We aim to initiate a discussion about Naga Affairs and the rest of the world to understand different countries’ global policy choices better.
