The International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA) is pleased to have the opportunity to publish your work. By submitting your work for publication, you agree to the following terms between you and the International Council of Naga Affairs:
- ICNA may reproduce the work in any form,
- Shall attribute the work to you,
- We will charge you no fee for publication but will pay no royalty or honorarium to you
- Will require you to attribute the work’s original publication with the ICNA in any subsequent use of the work. You retain all other rights to the work.
In addition, upon submission, you represent and warrant to the International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA) that,
- You have the legal capacity to agree to this Publishing Agreement,
- You are the author(s) of the work,
- The work is original and has never been published before,
- There has been no prior agreement to publish the work,
- Another publisher is not currently reviewing the work,
- No part of the work infringes any copyright,
- There are no known false or libellous statements in the work,
- Submission grants permission for your work to be published, with the understanding that it cannot be ‘unpublished/removed’ at a later date unless the editorial board is made aware of any issues pertaining to the points raised above.
This Publishing Agreement will remain in force for the entire copyright term of the work.
You agree to indemnify the International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA), and its entire team, including volunteers, against any claim alleging facts that violate any term of this Publishing Agreement.
This is the entire agreement between you and the International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA).
