A Dialogue on Naga Affairs: Understanding Naga Affairs

Overview
The first edition of the ICNA Dialogue will be marked by in-depth discussions and actionable reports that suggest progressive action. The goal of the dialogue is to discuss Naga Affairs capable of raising the bar on efficiency and reliability, as well as to review progress made by various entities and compare policies and approaches across multiple environments with an ambitious drive toward better Naga Affairs policy formulation. The dialogue also has a self-given mandate to closely examine various types of issues and progress as they pertain to Naga Affairs in general.

Dialogue Format
The ICNA Dialogue includes a traditional mix of addresses, presentations, panel discussions, and focused and structured audience interactions to extract the most information from the dialogue presentation/panels.
