About the Forthcoming Publication, A Dialogue on Naga Affairs: The International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA) Web Dialogue, “A Dialogue on Naga Affairs,” was launched in January 2022 to initiate in-depth discussions, review progress and approaches across multiple environments, and provide actionable reports that suggest progressive action toward better Naga Affairs policy formulation.
ICNA has hosted three dialogues to date, inviting Naga and non-Naga speakers (experts and experienced individuals) on Naga affairs. With a maximum of 30 participants per edition, both Nagas and non-Nagas participated in the dialogue.
